EPP user agreement

You have been provided with access to the EPP system to help you manage access to and from relevant worksites.

As a user of the EPP system you have access to individual's private information.

This information includes but is not limited to:

  • Name and address details
  • Contact information
  • Medical information
  • Skill records
  • Drug and alcohol testing results

It is important that as an individual with access to this information that you understand your responsibilities.

You are responsible to ensure:

  1. You are aware of the terms of the Damstra Pty Ltd Privacy Policy
  2. That you adhere to the terms of the privacy policy
  3. That you do not disclose any information without the written consent of the individual concerned
  4. That you do not allow unauthorised persons to access this information
  5. Any printed information is kept in a secure location
  6. You only use the information and the system to carry out work related tasks

You can be held accountable for any breach of the privacy of an individual through your log in to EPP or misuse of information you have received through EPP.

It is important to note access to all scanned documentation is recorded for audit purposes.

If you do not agree with Damstra Technology's policies and terms, you will not be granted access to the EPP site.
