EPP user agreement

You have been provided with access to the EPP system to help you manage access to and from relevant worksites.

As a user of the EPP system you have access to individual's private information.

This information includes but is not limited to:

Name and address details
Contact information
Medical information
Skill records
Drug and alcohol testing results

It is important that as an individual with access to this information that you understand your responsibilities.

You are responsible to ensure:

You are aware of the terms of the Damstra Pty Ltd Privacy Policy
That you adhere to the terms of the privacy policy
That you do not disclose any information without the written consent of the individual concerned
That you do not allow unauthorised persons to access this information
Any printed information is kept in a secure location
You only use the information and the system to carry out work related tasks

You can be held accountable for any breach of the privacy of an individual through your log in to EPP or misuse of information you have received through EPP.

It is important to note access to all scanned documentation is recorded for audit purposes.

If you do not agree with Damstra Technology's policies and terms, you will not be granted access to the EPP site.

System region help

To find out which system region you need to choose, select the worksites you need to be able to see once logged in from the list below:

Some worksites that are located within Australia are under the USA system region

You've select some worksites that are located within Australia but are within our USA system region. These worksites are owned in the United States and we need to store all data relating to them in the United States. Therefore, these worksites are found in our USA system region.

Registering for the USA system region
Even if you already have a login for the AU/NZ system region

The AU/NZ system region and the USA system region are completely separate from each other. This is because privacy laws prohibit us from sharing any data between Australia and the United States.

This means, if you're a contracting company, you'll need to register your company for the USA system region, even if you're already registered for the AU/NZ system region. Once your company is registered, you'll be able to log in to the USA system region and manage your workforce for the worksites under the USA system region from there.

If your company is already registered for the USA system region, or you're an employee of the selected worksite, those within your company who already have access to the USA system region can log in and create an account for you.
