Skills
A minimum skilled employees alert is generated when when the number of employees on site with a non-expired skill is under a given threshold.
Another alert gets sent once this threshold is met again.
A skill attained alert is generated when skills are added to employee profiles for the selected worksite
Mobilisations
A mobilisation extension notification is generated when an employee becomes eligible for a mobilisation extension, after a given number of hours on site

Damstra Learning
A maximum attempts reached alert is generated when an employee has reached the maximum number of attempts set for a Damstra Learning lesson

Fatigue management
An excessive hours alert is generated when a person exceeds a given number of hours in a rolling period of days.
The alert is triggered whenever a punch even occurs, whether it is logging on, or logging off of a worksite.

This is a secondary alert, allowing two excessive hour alerts to operate simultaneously.

This may be due to the person working more than the allowed number of hours or not logging off of a worksite.
This alert is generated when a person records a given number of shifts in a given numebr of days.
Typically, this is used to manage the number of days worked in a row.
Drugs & alcohol
An AOD worksite ban alert is generated when a worksite ban is being added to an employee's profile due to that employee not completing their test within the set time frame
A BAC alert is generated when a person exceeds the worksite's designated BAC rules, or fails to provide a sample.
A failure to provide a BAC sample when requested is considered by the system the same as providing a positive sample.
Temperature sensing
A temperature alert is generated when a person exceeds the set temperature for the selected terminal
Questionnaires & familiarisations
A log on questionnaire alert is generated when a person is requested to complete a questionnaire at a terminal and fails the test
An on site familiarisation code alert is generated when a person logs on to a worksite for the first time that has an on site familiarisation. This email indicates when a person is told they need to conduct this training and given a code to do so.
Worksite log on alerts
A denied access alert is generated when a person is denied access when logging on to site
An insurance alert is generated when an employee attempts to log on to site but the insurance records against their company doesn't show current insurance.
Alerts are sent for expired or missing Workers Compensation and/or Public Liability insurances.
A log on alert is generated when a person logs on to site
A minimum time at location alert is generated when a person doesn't spend the minimum amount of time set, at a selected location, within the timeframe specified, before logging on to any other location on site.
A mobilisation alert is generated when an employee attempts to log on to a worksite with either an expired mobilisation, or with expired requirements for their mobilisation
A not worked recently alert is generated when an employee logs on to site but hasn't logged on previously within a specified number of days
Gates & doors
A gate and door alert is generated when a person accesses a gate or door on site, but is not currently logged on to the worksite
Terminal maintenance
A offline terminal alert is generated when a terminal goes offline
A low sticker alert is generated when a terminal detects that it has less than a given number of stickers, meaning the roll is due to be replaced
