He’s very honest and can be quite blunt in his approach. He often has to duplicate information in multiple systems to ensure everything that is kept up-to-date everywhere it needs to be, and would like Damstra Technology's systems to be as simple as possible to help make this easier.

Julie is the health and safety manager and contracts to a number of different companies at once.
She is often busy helping employees who are unable to get through gates, making sure all employee information is up-to-date in the portal and that everyone is booked in for the correct induction or registration.
Julie is very patient with clunky interfaces, but does hope to see improvements in the not to distant future. She gets frustrated when the multiple companies she needs to work together can't communicate and intergrate effectively.
